Our Return Policy

satisfied with your products. However, if for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your order,
you have the option to return it within seven days of receiving it. We offer store credit or an
exchange to ensure you’re getting exactly what you need. Please note that a 15% handling fee
will apply to all returns.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sublimationexpress.co.za
to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number,
be sure to write it clearly on your original invoice. Place both the invoice and the items securely in
their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
Please ship your return to the address provided during the RMA process. Note that all return
shipping costs are your responsibility, and we highly recommend using a trackable shipping
method for added peace of mind. This way, you’ll have proof of delivery and can monitor the return

Refunds
Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect the condition of the item.
If the product is in its original condition, we’ll be happy to process an exchange or issue
store credit to your account. You will receive a notification via email within seven days of
us receiving your return, confirming the outcome.

refunds or replacements for any printed items. Additionally, Sublimation Express is
not responsible for any losses incurred during the production process.
Please be aware that courier costs, both to and from Sublimation Express, are not eligible
